Dryland Training Schedule Outline

WHAT'S REQUIRED - All participants must have signed the Afton Alps waiver - LINK: Team Afton Waiver

DRYLAND TRAINING SCHEDULE - Before we get on snow, we need to condition our bodies for the upcoming season.  Team Afton begins Dryland Training in early September and continues on until mid-November.  We combine mountain biking, roller blading and gym conditioning into a fun and effective program. Specific dryland dates and times can be found on the Team Afton Calendar

Dryland Liability Release - Each participant in our Dryland program must have a signed/completed waiver. Please follow the instructions and complete prior to attending your first Dryland session. LINK: Team Afton Waiver . Registering for any USSA program (Associates, Rising Stars, USSA, or simply "Dryland $55") will be required by October 5th in order to participate in dryland training.
