Dryland Begins Sunday
Our Fall dryland training begins this Sunday @ 3:00 pm with mountain biking at Carver Park in Woodbury (click here for location and trail info). Dust off your bikes and get those chains and gears oiled up. We usually ride for 1 ½ to 2 hours, so plan accordingly. Make sure you have helmet, water, nutrients and a mountain bike in good working order. This season, we’re adding a special workout program put together for us by the US Ski Team’s Robert Poehling - one of their physios who works daily at the Center of Excellence. We will focus on this program on Tuesdays in September, with homework assignments between sessions. In October, we will elevate these workouts to twice a week (Tues/Thurs). We’re excited about this new program!
